This is a critical time in our country to insure support of our first responders, Military, Police & Fire as well as their families. Marco Island lost Lt Clayton Smith in February of this year in a traffic accident on his way to work at the Police Department. Clayton like most first responders are “on duty 24/7” protecting our community, you and I. Clayton’s wife Lisa and family are struggling, facing financial hardship, to include the threat of having to leave Marco because the rental home they are in is being sold.
I knew Clayton personally and there was not a finer more dedicated husband, father & first responder. I am asking for community support to help relieve some of the hardship on the family. Please click on this GOFUNDME link to contribute.
Link. (100% of your donation goes to the family-can be anoyomous.)
Fundraising efforts/events were curtailed due to the Pandemic. I urge you to support "one of our own." Link.
(If you would prefer to send a check, you can make the check out to Lisa Smith and send it to me at Bill McMullan, PO Box 159, Marco Island, Fl 34146. On back of envelope, write Lisa Smith.)
Please forward to other Marcoite's & friends.
